We were welcomed by very friendly and efficient staff who upgraded us and offered a free mini-bar, which was a great perk after a long trip. The location was perfect, close to the zile shopping street and the Messe, and easily accessible via public transportation from the nearby station. The hotel facilities were impressive, such as the sumptuous breakfast in the winter-garden and the charming hidden cigar bar. The staff were extremely personalized and made our stay feel truly grand.
Not one thing.

This hotel was amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean, as well as incredibly opulent. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The minibar was nicely stocked and free to boot. It was a bit on the pricey side but very much worth it. I thought a good value for our money.
Not as close to the Frankfurt hbf Main train station as I would like. It cost about 7 euros to catch a cab to the main train station. There is an underground rail station very close by though so easy to get to otherwise, if one does not have a lot of bags.

Good breakfast, excellent staff, and nice atmosphere. The breakfast was great with a good variety of food. The staff was really attentive and kind, making us feel comfortable during our stay. The hotel had a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that we enjoyed. The location was also convenient, close to public transportation and a shopping center.
The room was outdated and not very clean. The bathroom was small and had a weird layout.

I wouldn't rate it 5 star but the rooms were beautiful and clean (w/ free mini bar). Restaurant looks very beautiful but we didn't try it (looks very pricey).
Parking costs EUR24 per night! Staff not very friendly but helpful. Location is not that great for tourists, we ended up having to drive to old town for shopping and sightseeing.

This hotel had an unbeatable location, close to the central station and the fairgrounds , perfect for both business and leisure travelers. the Messe was just across the road, making it super easy to access events. the beautifully designed rooms were spacious and comfortable, with luxurious bathrooms. the breakfast buffet was phenomenal, with friendly service and a generous spread. There were great facilities on, site, including a spa and gym, making it easy to unwind after a busy day.
Although the hotel had a lovely decor, some details were not up to par, such as the difficulty operating the state, of, the, art controls for the lights and temperature.

1.excellent location just opposite the fair entrance of messe frankfurt, 2. beutiful hotel with warm atmosphere, 3. the best hot chocolate i ever drunk,4. breakfast very qualitative but expensive, 5. free internet and mini bar filled up every day, 6. separate bathroom and toilet room
1. the baby cot did not have a matress!!-had to put duvet and blankets in order for the baby to sleep, 2. the cleaning of the room was inadequate, carpet had stains and looked dirty, 3. a nursery school is opposite the hotel and kids are very noisy during evening hours - they kept waiking up the baby every day

The hotel is a luxurious and elegant venue. Beds are very comfortable and the room amenities are top quality. the restaurant provides a fantastic continental breakfast. the lounge area is perfect to enjoy a drink in a cozy and intimate atmosphere with fast service. the location of the hotel is very convenient.
The lack of outdoor area in the hotel meant that there was nowhere to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The room was very comfortable and luxuriously designed. I really appreciate their personal services, e.g. complimentary pressing of clothes since the press wasn't available. Provision of neighbourhood gym was excellent. Hotel staff is excellent, esp housekeeping and front desk.
The toiletries in the bathroom are not very good quality. During my check in, there was no one at the main door to take my bags and I had to literally drag heavy suitcases to the main recpeption after climibing a flight of stairs.

The hotel is very nice, clean with an excellent service. The staff is very helpful and supportive
The entrance to the hotel is through stair, which was very difficult for carrying the luggage. The location is a little far from the center "Ziel".
